As can be seen from the pre­view lay­out, the main focus of the con­tent pro­duc­tion is on vide­os. It would be a true under­state­ment to say that the con­tent is only „good“. The vide­os are abso­lut­e­ly first class! 

Depending on your pati­ence and the band­width of your inter­net con­nec­tion, you can watch or down­load vide­os bet­ween clas­sic 380 x 214 pixels or high reso­lu­ti­on (HD) 1280 x 720 pixels in WMV for­mat, or with 380 x 214 pixels in Apple .mov- for­mat via stream. The down­load speed is excel­lent. We mea­su­red 350 kB / sec in Germany.

The pho­tos are rich and also of good qua­li­ty, but the size of 1024 x 680 pixels is not quite up to date. Far more dis­tur­bing is that the pho­tos were obvious­ly shot befo­re the video shoot. Almost all gal­le­ries look posed and unnatural.

Especially when you imme­dia­te­ly go to the pic­tu­re cate­go­ry after sig­ning the con­tract to get an over­view of the pho­tos, you ine­vi­ta­b­ly think: „Oh no! Not ano­ther dildo-sucking and orgasm-fake website“.

It’s also annoy­ing that there are no back and for­ward but­tons and the images open in a new brow­ser win­dow. Unfortunately, there is also no ZIP down­load func­tion with which the pho­tos could be down­loa­ded completely.

Absolutely dis­tur­bing is the coo­kie authen­ti­ca­ti­on men­tio­ned above, with which (except with the Orbit Download Manager) no mass down­load and cer­tain­ly no spi­de­ring of the image archi­ves is pos­si­ble. Presumably, the pro­vi­der has built this in on pur­po­se, which is also reco­gnizable by the cryp­tic (ever-changing) direc­to­ry and image names.

Opinions on page structure & design

The page lay­out and the menu struc­tu­re of the pre­view and mem­ber area are easy to under­stand and very customer-friendly 

Even in the pre­view area it’s fun to watch the vide­os and you won’t get lost in older gal­le­ries. The only thing that bothers is the miss­ing navi­ga­ti­on for the photos 

The design is abso­lut­e­ly appro­pria­te and somehow funny.

Experiences with the subscription cancellation

Cancellation can be easi­ly done eit­her direct­ly via the EPOCH cus­to­mer area or by e‑mail via a cont­act form. The cus­to­mer area is trans­la­ted into under­stan­da­ble German and all EPOCH sub­scrip­ti­ons are lis­ted in a clear and con­cise manner 

A click on „Cancel“, a final flou­rish with „Do you real­ly want to?“ (with adver­ti­sing over­lay) and the sub­scrip­ti­on is alre­a­dy terminated.
